Field Trip policies
★ To eat outside lunches and snacks during your field trip, the purchase of a lunchroom is required. All outside food must be NUT-FREE.
★ Adults and children are REQUIRED to wear socks (no shoes, bare feet, or indoor slippers are allowed).
★ All guests must leave the facility after their allotted group time
★ There is a deposit needed upon booking to hold your spot. Your group will not be officially reserved unless a deposit is made.
★ Group reservations must be booked a minimum of 2 weeks before, when applicable.
★ We require a full list of all Children and Supervisors attending the field trip. Once you have received the field trip form via email, it must be filled out and returned no later than 5 days before the date of your event.
★All Supervisors and Children attending must be on a signed waiver. We require all children and staff names to be inputted onto your waiver at least 2 days before the group booking date in order for playtopia staff to pre-check waivers. All members should be put on the same waiver used to book the field trip.
